Oh Come Let Us Adore Him

Here is a drawing Coleen did on Sunday after Church.  It's now hanging on the wall going up our stairs to the 2nd floor.

She's included from left-right,
Wisemen, Goat, Pig, Camel,
Mary, Baby Jesus, Joseph, Cow and a Sheep.
There is an Angel in the Sky and a Star (that's the red thing)
Then she has the moon (not sure why it's pink with dots on it though) and another star over the stable.

Isn't it wonderful that she understands the "Reason For the Season."

Gingerbread Train

Hi!  Today I am sharing a picture that Coleen drew and colored.

We have a Fiber Optic Gingerbread Train decoration that she just loves so today she decided to draw it.  Here is her picture and below is her Inspiration.

I think she did a pretty good job drawing and coloring the train.  Please leave her a comment as I read them to her.  She loves knowing that people are reading her blog.  Grandma just needs to keep it more up to date for her until she learns to type.

They have the kids going to Computer Lab (in Kindergarten) so it won't be long now.

Jeepers Creepers - It's Halloween

Yes,  This is Coleen's Grandma posting for Coleen because she doesn't know how to type yet (hey she's only 5 1/2) but the art work you are about to see is all hers.

Coleen made some Halloween decorations so we put them up on one of the walls in our dining room.  Can you guess what these are?

This one is her Vampire Bat.

This one is the Ghost

This one is a little harder.  It's not a CAT but rather a Wolf and not just any wolf but a "Werewolf" howling at the moon.         

I just love her imagination.

My Lion

This is my first blog post.   I painted this lion for joy.  It made me happy.  I hope you like it too.
